Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS) to design and automate scalable cloud infrastructure. You will lead deployment pipelines, manage Kubernetes and orchestration tooling, and implement Terraform and CloudFormation to standardize environments.

You will collaborate with development and operations teams, ensure security and compliance, and mentor peers while writing documentation for processes and configurations.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on AWS experience with cloud architectures.
• Strong automation scripting in Python or Bash and Linux troubleshooting.
• Expert-level infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Experience with container orchestration and CI/CD tooling.
• Familiarity with configuration management and incident response practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud environments and implement infrastructure following best practices.
• Automate release and deployment pipelines for cloud-hosted applications.
• Track performance metrics and troubleshoot to ensure reliability.
