Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an AVP, Technology Assurance to lead Internal Audit’s technology audit and assurance coverage, spanning established IT controls, cybersecurity, and emerging risk assurance across AI and automation. You will guide governance and provide independent oversight in collaboration with technology and business leaders.

This role requires senior-level leadership, strategic risk thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional programs across ERP implementations and enterprise

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience leading through Director-level people managers in complex, multi-functional environments.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills; experience with audit committees and senior leadership reporting.
• Proficiency with audit tools and data analytics; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and audit plan coverage for IT corporate audit and cybersecurity aligned to enterprise risk appetite.
• Oversee execution of IT and cyber audit plans, including controls, incident response, and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain primary Internal Audit relationships with technology leadership and report findings to CAE and Audit Committee.
• Coordinate emerging risk assurance with established technology audit coverage to avoid duplication.
• Lead ERP program advisory activities and governance discussions ahead of go-live.
