Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an AVP of Technology Assurance to lead Internal Audit’s technology audit and assurance coverage, spanning IT controls, cybersecurity, AI risk, and ERP program advisory. The role coordinates across established and emerging pillars, reporting to the CAE and Audit Committee, with hybrid/remote work options.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in audit/risk, senior leadership experience, and a proven ability to influence executives while guiding large-scale IT and ERP

Qualifications

• 15+ years in internal audit, risk, or compliance with leadership experience.
• Experience directing Directors and multi-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication and reporting to Audit Committee.
• Proficiency with audit software and data analytics.
• Willingness to travel to Hartford, CT/Woonsocket, RI

Responsibilities

• Lead technology audit and cybersecurity coverage at scale.
• Oversee Emerging Risk Assurance for AI and automation.
• Advise on ERP program governance and go-live readiness.
• Set strategy, plans, and coordinate across audit pillars.
• Develop leadership bench and promote audit independence.
• Report findings to CAE and Audit Committee.
