Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an AVP, Technology Assurance to lead Internal Audit’s technology audit and assurance programs. You will oversee IT/cyber audit, emerging risk assurance, and ERP advisory, partnering with technology leadership to align on risk and controls across the enterprise.

You will manage senior leaders, drive strategy, and ensure independent, credible evaluation of technology risks while supporting governance and enterprise systems initiatives across Hartford and Woonsocket campuses.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance with team leadership.
• Ability to influence across functions at the executive level.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and audit plan coverage for IT corporate audit and cybersecurity.
• Oversee IT audit and cyber audit plan execution, including controls and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain primary Internal Audit relationships with technology leadership.
• Coordinate emerging risk assurance and ERP advisory coverage.
• Lead and develop leaders across technology assurance and emerging risk teams.
