Job summary

CTS seeks a Lead Integration Technician to serve as the on-site leader for installation projects across the United States. You will ensure all work meets CTS standards, lead crews and freelancers, and mentor team members through project lifecycles.

You will collaborate with Project Managers to keep schedules and budgets, coordinate pre-installation activities, and deliver high-quality system programming and testing across audio, video, lighting, and control systems.

Qualifications

• CTS certification required.
• Proven hands-on leadership of AV/AVL installation teams.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership to uphold CTS quality standards and mentor crew and freelancers.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Lead shop builds, pre-installation prep, and manage budgets for field purchases.
• Perform system programming and testing for audio, video, lighting, and control systems.
• Train and mentor technicians on CTS standards; manage tool check-in/out and equipment sign-off.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site as needed.
