Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of accredited aviation electronics schooling and 1 year related work experience; or 3 years’ avionics/electronic field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provides work direction to technicians and ensures tasks are completed on time.
• Installs/modifies/fabricates wiring and electrical components per blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Trains team members and contributes to development of techniques.
• Assists Engineering in problem resolution and repairs per direction.
• Maintains required logs and records and ensures regulatory compliance.
