Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years aviation electronics schooling or 4 years related experience.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.
• Experience leading/mentoring technicians and promoting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and assist technicians performing avionics installations.
• Fabricate wire harnesses and install/terminate electrical components per drawings.
• Train team members and contribute to the development of techniques and skills.
• Assist Engineering in resolving problems and perform repairs as directed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
