Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to support installations.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction to technicians and ensure on-time completion of tasks.
• Install, modify, and fabricate wiring and electrical components per drawings and specs.
• Train team members and contribute to技niques development and best practices.
• Assist Engineering in resolving problems and perform repairs as directed.
• Maintain logs and ensure regulatory compliance and customer specifications.
• Enforce FOD, tool control, 5-S, and safety programs; verify defect-free assemblies.
