Blue Origin seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the Mk1 Vehicle Electrical Harness Design team in Seattle, WA. You will develop wiring interconnect diagrams, harness assembly drawings, and harness installation drawings, driving safe, repeatable spaceflight and cost-aware production operations.

You will own the harness scope, manage risk, schedule, and budget, and guide a team through development, integration and verification. Strong leadership and aerospace wiring experience are required.
