ManpowerGroup is seeking a Lead AV Technician to lead a crew installing TVs, projectors and AV cabling on client sites, supervise rack assembly, and mount speakers, displays and cameras, while providing onsite startup and closeout support.
This onsite role in Lenexa, KS requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years in AV, 1–2 years of supervision, and low voltage experience. CTS is preferred. Local travel is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
We are looking for a Lead AV Technician who will be responsible in running a crew on installing TVs, projectors and electrical cabling. The Lead Technician would help manage the AV installation tech team and who will perform installation of AV systems including cabling and terminations, rack assembly and equipment installation components such as speakers, displays, projectors, screens and cameras. Provide onsite support of startup and closeout of all jobs.

Shift schedule: 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
Local travel is required
What’s Needed?
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the AV / audiovisual industry
1-2 years of experience leading or supervising a team
Low voltage experience, required
Experience in reviewing scope of work, drawings
CTS - Certified Technology Specialist, preferred
