Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Lead AV Technician to lead a crew installing TVs, projectors and AV cabling on client sites, supervise rack assembly, and mount speakers, displays and cameras, while providing onsite startup and closeout support.

This onsite role in Lenexa, KS requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years in AV, 1–2 years of supervision, and low voltage experience. CTS is preferred. Local travel is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of AV industry experience.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
• Low voltage experience is required.
• Experience in reviewing scope of work and drawings; CTS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew on installing TVs, projectors and AV cabling, including rack assembly and equipment installation (speakers, displays, projectors, screens and cameras).
• Provide onsite startup and closeout support for AV projects.
