Job summary

Casaplex is seeking an elite, hands-on Lead AV Installation Technician to drive on-site installation, integration, configuration, and commissioning of high-end commercial and premium residential systems. You will serve as the primary technical anchor in the field, providing on-site installation work, mentorship for crews, and ensuring craftsmanship aligns with design specs.

Qualifications

• AV industry experience in installation of AV, security, low-voltage or related systems.
• CTS or other industry certifications are a strong plus.
• Experience leading a crew or supervising on-site projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of technicians on job sites and plan daily work.
• Install TVs, projectors, speakers, cameras, lighting controls and other smart tech.
• Read blueprints and install wiring diagrams and equipment racks.
• Test systems and set up Zoom Rooms / Teams Rooms where applicable.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and report progress to the Project Manager.
