Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in industrial electrical manufacturing.
- At least 5 years supervisory or related experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety practices and meet safety objectives.
- Supervise employees and enforce policies.
- Handle staffing, onboarding, training, performance management.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities.
- Coordinate staffing, resources, and equipment.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching.
- Coordinate work during outages and major repairs.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Oversee contractor work to meet safety and quality standards.
- Support capital projects and equipment installations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain records and reports.
