Job summary

Minimum of five years of relevant supervisory/industrial maintenance experience.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Technical knowledge of industrial electrical and automation systems.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day supervision of hourly Electrical Maintenance staff for Rolling, Finishing & Shipping operations.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resources to meet operational needs.
Oversee safety meetings, JSA/SOP completion, and housekeeping activities.
Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
Coordinate with contractors and third parties for safe, compliant work.
Support capital projects, equipment installations, and commissioning activities.
Provide training and technical guidance on electrical/automation systems.
Maintain accurate records and complete required reports and time approvals.
