Qualifications

• Proven experience as Automotive Foreman, Workshop Supervisor, or Senior Technician.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills across vehicle types.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage workshop productivity.
• Commitment to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Relevant trade qualification is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of automotive technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure repairs and maintenance meet high quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks on completed work and address issues promptly.
• Assist technicians with complex diagnostics and problem-solving when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, workshop cleanliness, and environmental regulations.
• Manage workshop supplies and liaise with parts department for timely components.
