Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, mentor a team, and deliver high quality customer care. You will diagnose and repair to specifications, train others, and stay current with evolving automotive technology through paid formal training.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair brakes, electrical, engine performance and suspension to specifications.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers/non-technical people.
• Continue formal training to stay current with automotive technology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and required repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with changing automotive tech through paid training.
