Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, mentor a team, and drive customer care. The role emphasizes leadership, continuous training, and high-quality repairs in a fast-paced auto service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Completion of Vocational-Technical School Program or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and required repairs to customers clearly.
• Maintain ASE certifications and pursue additional training as needed.
• Mentor and train junior technicians to improve team performance.
