Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading and mentoring a shop team. You will ensure high customer care and satisfaction, with a performance-based pay model tied to task completion and quality.

You will work in a fast-paced automotive service environment, earning a competitive hourly wage with ongoing formal training and ASE certification opportunities. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience diagnosing brakes, alignment, and suspension issues.
• Strong communication of technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers clearly.
• Maintain ASE certifications; training provided; potential bonus for each test passed.
