Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to mentor a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. The role emphasizes staying current with evolving automotive technology and providing clear explanations of repairs to customers.

Qualifications

• Brake diagnosis/repair expertise required.
• Alignment/Steering/Suspension diagnosis and repair skills.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair knowledge.
• Ability to explain technical info to non-technical customers.
• Reading, writing and math skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs clearly to customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8); tests paid by company; bonus on passing tests.
