Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Texas seeks a Lead Technician responsible for diagnosing drivability and electrical systems and guiding a team toward improved customer care. You will mentor junior technicians and ensure repairs meet Bridgestone standards.

Qualifications

• Brake diagnosis/repair knowledge is required.
• Skill in diagnosing and repairing alignment and suspension issues.
• Familiarity with electrical/electronic automotive systems a plus.
• Strong baseline in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Ability to explain technical findings to non-mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; some tests paid by company.
