Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a team, and deliver high quality customer care. The pay range is $23.81 - $40.92 per hour, with a flat-rate model that rewards efficiency and expertise.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to diagnose and repair brakes, alignment, steering and suspension.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least five of A1 – A8 within first two years of employment.
