Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician in Ocala, FL to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and mentor a team to improve customer care and satisfaction. The role includes ongoing paid formal training and safety-focused, quality-driven work culture.

Qualifications

• Brake diagnosis/repair skills required.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and electronic systems.
• Strong communication of technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanics.
• Stay current with automotive technology via paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years of employment.
