Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to mentor a team toward excellent customer care. The role offers a pay range of $24.10–$43.51 per hour with a flat-rate pay model reflecting regional productivity and performance.

Qualifications

• Brake diagnosis and repair skills.
• Alignment, steering and suspension diagnosis/repair.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and recommended repairs to customers clearly.
• Maintain up-to-date automotive knowledge through paid training.
• Assist and train other technicians as needed.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within first two years; test fees are covered by the company and bonuses are paid for each passed test.
