Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team toward improved customer care. The role offers growth through formal training and a performance-based pay model.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Brakes diagnosis/repair skills required.
• Alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair skills expected.
• General automotive maintenance & tire repair skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, suspension, A/C, and electrical systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Pursue ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Assist and train technicians in technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A.S.E.) with company support within two years; tests paid by company.
