Job summary

AutoStream Car Care Center in Towson, MD is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician to stay hands-on while guiding a team of technicians. You’ll perform advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentor others to raise technical standards.

Requires 5+ years of A-Level repair experience, Maryland State Inspection license, and strong leadership. Monday–Friday, no weekends, with competitive pay and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of A-Level automotive repair experience.
• Maryland State Inspection License required.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
• Diagnose electrical and drivability concerns.
• Perform brakes, suspension, alignments, and general repairs.
• Mentor and support other technicians.
• Work with Service Advisors to keep workflow moving.
• Help maintain quality repair standards.
