Barren Troy Holdings is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate should bring 5+ years of experience, strong diagnostic knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail.

This in-person role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for ASE certification support. You'll work in a clean, modern shop with state-of-the-art tools, alongside skilled Store Managers, in a role focused on quality and timely workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Automotive Technician.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Complete digital inspections to provide to the customer.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Familiarity with schematics to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.

We provide a clean, modern and safe workspace equipped with state-of-the-art tools, a steady flow of customers, and the chance to work alongside skilled Store Managers. • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Complete digital inspections to provide to the customer.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as an Automotive Technician

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay: $35.00-$55.00/Flat Rate depending on qualifications. Guarantee of 30 hours per week.
