Wayne's Automotive in Warminster, PA is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician to stay hands-on while taking on leadership responsibilities. This Monday–Friday role offers $80,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential through base pay plus personal production and team bonuses.

You will lead workflow, mentor technicians, and perform advanced diagnostics and repairs in a professional shop environment with a heated/AC workspace and modern equipment.

Competenze

8+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
Advanced automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Leadership or technician mentoring experience.
Ability to lead workflow while remaining productive.
Lead Technician or Shop Foreman experience preferred.

Mansioni

Lead daily technician workflow and repair-order assignments.
Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
Diagnose electrical, drivability, engine, and transmission concerns.
Mentor and support developing technicians.
Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain efficient workflow.
Support quality control across the shop.
