Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a crew, and deliver top-tier customer care. This role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive flat-rate pay model with an hourly range of $21.69 to $47.24.

Responsibilities include diagnosing brakes, exhaust, ignition, suspension, and A/C, mentoring technicians, and pursuing ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license; able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair and alignment/suspension diagnosis/repair.
• Experience with general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state, and local certifications/licenses where applicable.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through continuous training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within the first two years of employment; certification tests paid by the company.
