Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Brakes diagnosis/repair experience preferred.
• Alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair skills required.
• General automotive maintenance & tire repair knowledge.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, suspension, A/C and electrical systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers in understandable terms.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) and participate in company-paid tests.
