Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for state inspection certified candidates, with pay range $22.90–$49.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair and suspension/alignment work.
• Experience with electrical systems and general automotive maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brakes, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train junior technicians; work toward ASE certifications within two years.
