Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while leveraging leadership to mentor teammates. A sign-on bonus of $2,750 is offered for first-time hires, with a pay range of $16.63–$48.16 per hour.

Expect performance-based flat-rate compensation and ongoing training. The role requires diagnosing brakes, electrical, suspension, and other systems, plus ASE certifications within two years; substantial on-site work and opportunities

Qualifications

• Brake diagnosis/repair expertise required.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-mechanics.
• Continuous paid formal training and ASE certification path.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology through formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by company.
