Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technician in Hutto, TX to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team toward higher customer satisfaction.

You will perform brake, exhaust, ignition, and suspension work, explain issues to customers, and pursue ASE certifications with company support. Training is provided, and a formal pay-for-performance structure applies.

Qualifications

• Brake diagnosis/repair and systems troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain complex repairs to customers.
• Commitment to ongoing ASE training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, exhaust, electrical, and suspension.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanics clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and mentor technicians in performing tasks.
• Aim to obtain ASE certifications within two years of employment.
