Bridgestone Retail Operations seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team to improve customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a flat-rate pay model with pay range $31.74–$59.45 per hour in the MA region.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis and repair.
• Skilled in alignment and suspension diagnosis/repair.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non‑mechanical customers.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by company.
