Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Lead/Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team toward improved customer care. The role features flat-rate pay and a sign-on bonus for first-time hires, with a pay range of $23.00–$38.24 per hour.

The position requires leading diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and the safe operation of facilities with a focus on quality and efficiency. Experience in brakes, hydraulics, steering, and alignments is preferred.

Qualificações

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate customer and company vehicles.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex diagnostics on automotive systems (engines, transmissions, electrical, ADAS).
• Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment per specs and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior technicians.
• Develop and implement efficient repair strategies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and parts used.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with engineers to address recurring issues and improve operations.
• Operate and maintain diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
• Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies.
