Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Lead Technician in Nashville, Tennessee. The role requires diagnosing drivability and electrical systems, while mentoring a team to improve customer care and satisfaction. A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is available for first-time hires.

You will stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training and pursue ASE certifications; the company covers fees and offers a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Brakes diagnosis/repair experience.
• Diagnosis/repair of alignment, suspension components.
• Maintenance & tire repair experience.
• Current federal, state and local certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specs: brakes, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C, and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive tech via paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical tasks.
• Obtain ASE certifications (5 of A1–A8) within 2 years; test fees covered; bonus per test.
