Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using leadership to mentor a team and improve customer care. You will diagnose automotive systems, communicate findings to customers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair and suspension/alignment.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Reading, writing and math skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair braking, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, suspension, A/C and electrical systems to spec.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs clearly to customers and non-technical staff.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training and mentor technicians.
