Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN, seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while mentoring a team to boost customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a flat-rate pay model with regional earning potential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• ASE certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within two years; tests paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brakes, exhaust, fuel, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications; annual bonus for tests passed.
