Position Summary

The Lead Technician will leverage their technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while mentoring team members to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance.

Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and repair to specifications, including brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
2. Explain technical diagnoses and repairs clearly to non-mechanical individuals.
3. Stay updated with automotive technology through continuous paid training.
4. Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
