What You'll Do as a Lead Automotive Technician:

• Lead Diagnostics & Repairs: Use your advanced diagnostic skills to tackle complex vehicle issues, including check engine lights, electrical systems, and other malfunctions.
• Mentor & Train: Guide and mentor apprentice and general service technicians, sharing your expertise and fostering their development.
• Quality Control: Ensure all repairs and services meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform Vehicle Inspections & Diagnostics: Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics, documenting your findings accurately and efficiently.
• Service & Repair: Perform a wide range of automotive services, from routine maintenance to complex repairs, including fluid exchanges and part replacements.
• Maintain a Safe & Organized Workspace: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, keeping your work area clean and organized.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an automotive technician, with proven leadership experience or aptitude.
• Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• A passion for cars and a commitment to continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE certifications.
