Automotive Technician - $1000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to specifications, handling various systems including brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, air conditioning, and computer systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately.
2. Explain technical diagnoses and repairs clearly to non-mechanical clients.
3. Stay updated with automotive technology through ongoing paid training.
4. Assist fellow technicians in technical activities.
5. Maintain a valid driver's license and be able to operate customer and company vehicles.
6. Possess at least 3 years of automotive repair experience, vocational training, or equivalent skills demonstrated through certifications.
7. Hold ASE certification in at least three areas (A1-A8); new hires with similar external qualifications have up to 2 years to obtain these certifications.
8. Maintain relevant federal, state, and local certifications/licenses.
9. Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals.
10. Possess basic reading, writing, and math skills.
