Job Summary:

As a growing business, we are hiring experienced staff for our stores in Northville, Livonia, Farmington Hills, and Novi. We offer a guaranteed base pay with unlimited earning potential and a potential signing bonus for the right candidate. We seek skilled Automotive Technicians to provide comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repair services for various manufacturers. State of Michigan Certifications are required, and candidates must have their own tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform vehicle repairs as assigned using your vehicle expertise.
2. Complete work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
3. Diagnose malfunctions and perform appropriate repairs.
4. Maintain a neat shop area and keep track of tools.
5. Ensure customer vehicles are clean.
6. Road-test vehicles to identify issues and verify repairs.
7. Document all work performed on repair orders.

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge and experience with various automobile repairs.
2. Valid driver’s license.
3. Positive attitude, professionalism, and pride in work.
4. Own tools required.
5. Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays.
