Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a senior engineer to own end-to-end module strategy for HPCC and TCU systems, including multi-SoC compute platforms and wireless telematics. You will lead suppliers, drive design reviews, and ensure validation testing and DVP&R delivery across厂 sites.

You will validate software and hardware integration on-vehicle, manage diagnostics, bootloaders, OTA workflows, and coordinate with Controls, UX, Software, Purchasing, Quality and Plant teams to deliver a cohesive

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering, embedded systems, and multi-SoC platform integration.
• Experience with automotive networking and embedded software integration (Ethernet, CAN, VLAN, SPI, diagnostics, OTA).
• Demonstrated ownership of a major electronic module and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Module Ownership: lead engineering and development strategy for HPCC/TCU systems.
• Supplier Leadership: act as technical DRI for internal/external suppliers and lead design reviews.
• Validation & Quality: own DVP&R, perform FMEA/risk assessments, ensure testing protocols.
• Software & Network Integration: validate on-vehicle integration and ECU interfaces.
• Launch & Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with controls, software, and plant teams for production readiness.
