Job summary

You will diagnose and service automotive systems, perform quality inspections including test drives, and ensure warranty work meets manufacturer specifications while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Discuss vehicle issues with customers and service advisors.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair automotive systems.
• Perform quality inspections and test drives.
• Inform customers of additional service needs and estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specs.
