Job summary

Continental Automotive Group is seeking a Master Technician for our Austin service team. The role focuses on diagnosing complex vehicle issues, performing advanced repairs, and guiding junior technicians to maintain service quality and efficiency.

You will lead diagnostic work, ensure repairs meet standards, and contribute to a safe, customer-focused shop environment while supporting ongoing training and adherence to shop policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered.
• Must hold a valid State Inspector's license.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame.
• Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work.
• Oversee and sign off on repairs completed by other technicians.
• Offer training and guidance to other technicians.
• Demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed.
