• Previous automotive dealership service management or service leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealership fixed operations.
• Proven leadership and team-development skills.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to coach and motivate Service Advisors and technicians.
• Understanding of service department financial performance and key operating metrics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong commitment to ethical business practices and customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable working with dealership technology and service-management systems.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors, technicians, and other service personnel.
• Create a positive, professional work environment focused on teamwork and employee development.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation and workflow of the Service Department.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Establish and monitor departmental goals for sales, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to maximize opportunities while ensuring recommendations are honest and customer-focused.
• Monitor repair orders and workflow to help ensure timely, accurate completion of repairs.
• Help recruit, onboard, train, develop, and retain talented service employees.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support business needs.
• Monitor technician productivity and shop efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for repair quality and professionalism.
• Promote manufacturer-recommended maintenance and dealership service programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional Service Department.
• Work collaboratively with Parts, Sales, and dealership leadership.
• Ensure dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and applicable safety procedures are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, employee engagement, customer retention, and departmental performance.
