Job summary

Corwin Ford Reno is seeking an experienced Service Advisor leader to coach and develop a high-performing advisor team on the service drive. You will coach live, mentor through hands-on training, and drive a culture of exceptional customer experiences.

You will partner with service leadership to build training programs, monitor CSI metrics, and ensure high standards for service delivery across the team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role in Reno.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and dealership service operations.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Experience with dealership management software and digital inspections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide live, on-the-job coaching to Service Advisors throughout the day.
• Greet customers with the assigned Advisor and establish a professional first impression.
• Develop and deliver training for new and existing Advisors.
• Verify Advisor review of technician ASR photos before sending estimates.
• Monitor CSI follow-up calls and use HealthWatch for tracking.
• Create training materials, SOPs, and process guides.
• Coach Advisors on communication, RO accuracy, upselling, and workflow.
• Partner with Service Management to identify training needs and implement plans.
• Promote a positive, energetic, team-oriented culture focused on customer experience.
• Manage training schedules and multi-store training needs.
