Belle Tire Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching the team, and driving sales with a customer-first approach.

You will help manage P&L, monitor performance metrics, and ensure policy adherence while delivering a premium tire and automotive service experience. This hands-on leader role offers growth into store management across a growing network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Lead by example and foster accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Drive sales and deliver elite customer service across product lines.
• Oversee daily store functions including scheduling, inventory, and shop coordination.
• Assist with P&L management by monitoring sales, labor, and expenses.
• Maintain accurate reporting, records, and inventory management.
