Job summary

Belle Tire Inc is seeking an Assistant Manager in Michigan to support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This hands-on role develops team members and leads as the manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.

You will coach a diverse team, manage store performance, and ensure a premium customer experience across all product lines. The position offers growth toward store management in a fast-paced retail tire environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Lead by example and foster accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Drive sales and deliver elite customer experiences using the 6-Step Sales Process.
• Oversee daily store functions including scheduling, inventory, and shop coordination.
• Assist with P&L management and analyze performance metrics.
• Promote Belle Tire culture and lead by example.
