Job summary

Belle Tire Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales, and delivering a premium customer experience. The role focuses on coaching the team, maintaining store standards, and aligning activities with store goals.

You will act as the manager on duty when needed, foster a culture of accountability, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced tire and automotive service retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Lead by example, fostering accountability, teamwork, and engagement aligned with Belle Tire values.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring continuity.
• Oversee daily store functions: workflow, scheduling, inventory, and shop coordination.
• Assist with P&L management by monitoring sales, labor, and expenses.
• Collaborate on vendor relationships, product availability, and shop productivity.
