Experis in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an Issue Management professional to lead the intake, documentation, coordination, and resolution of engineering issues across vehicle families and development phases.

You will serve as the central contact for issues identified during validation, HIL testing, PWB, and in-market performance, ensuring they are tracked and resolved with quality rigor. Strong problem-solving and cross-functional alignment are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive electrical and electronic systems.
• Familiarity with quality tools: APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and PFMEA.
• Proven issue management with cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage data reporting with accuracy, traceability.
• Experience documenting lessons learned with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead issue intake, documentation, coordination, and resolution across vehicle families.
• Serve as central point of contact to track issues from validation through warranty.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across the engineering lifecycle.
• Manage data and reporting to maintain visibility into issue status and resolution outcomes.
• Prepare glidepaths for issue resolution tickets showing forecast and progress.
